Processing Times, Delivery, and Cut-Off

Processing Time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+2, South Africa Standard Time – Johannesburg) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options
We ship orders via The Courier Guy for dependable nationwide delivery.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our premises, but please wait for an email confirmation before coming to collect to ensure your order is ready.
Order Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will be handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
